Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in special circumstances.

Service Delivery Policy
All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You will receive a confirmation email and calendar invite upon booking.
Session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Terms of Service
By purchasing coaching services, you agree to:
• Participate in good faith
• Arrive on time
• Communicate proactively regarding cancellations or changes
Please note: Coaching is not therapy, and I do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important. Your personal information will never be sold or shared. All coaching conversations remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
