While I've been doing versions of what you've introduced to me, and had my own language for how I do it, I've significantly added to my toolkit. It is real, actionable, doable and sustainable. I've realized immediate results. That said, the added benefit for me as the leader is that at a minimum, you have accelerated the trust among the leadership team by at least six months. We see each other differently and have come to truly know what makes ourselves and the others tick. This has been life changing for all of us in many ways and we have you to thank. Be awesome!
